We are currently looking for New Model Programs Engineer to join our Total Quality team. The position will be located in Gölcük/Kocaeli. Candidates should have the following qualifications:

• BSc Degree in Engineering, preferably Industrial, Mechanical or similar,
• Experienced or interested in Project Management,
• Advanced level in MS Office programs,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Excellent analytical skills with a good problem-solving attitude,
• Effective team player to collaborate with other people in different projects,
• Advanced level of English,
• No military obligation for male candidates, 
• Driving licence B. 

İŞ TANIMI

• Deliver the launch of the high scaled and also lower but critical to business new programs of Ford Otosan A.S. on time with program target quality & cost in accordance with LQOS (Launch Quality Operating System) and GPDS (Global Product Development System) guidelines.
• Develop and maintain overall program launch timing & changeover plans.
• Ensure manufacturing validation of the new model program content by Pre-Production Build Requirements (PVBR).
• Develop the new product ramp-up and old product ramp-down build plans in coordination with Plant and MP&L.
• Coordinate vehicle program teams on cross-functional issues.
• Develop and maintain launch budgets, issue status report to management ensuring the actual expenses are to program target.
