As part of our global expansion strategy, we are seeking internationally minded and highly motivated Regional Sales Managers to join our Export Sales Department.
Role Overview
As a Regional Sales Manager, you will be responsible for developing and managing export sales activities within your assigned region, building strong relationships with international clients, and driving sustainable growth in global markets.
General Qualifications
• University degree (Bachelor’s or above)
• Good command of written and spoken English for internal and international business communication
• Fluency in at least one of the following languages will be considered the primary asset for this role, as candidates will be assigned according to their regional expertise:

• Minimum 5 years of proven experience in export / international sales
• Willingness and ability to travel extensively within the assigned region
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul
• Male candidates must have completed or be exempt from military service
Key Responsibilities
• Sustain and grow existing markets by strengthening relationships with current customers and ensuring continuous business development
• Conduct field visits to develop new markets and maintain high levels of customer satisfaction
• Coordinate orders with relevant departments from order placement through shipment, ensuring clear and timely communication throughout the process
• Monitor delivery timelines, identify deviations, and take corrective action when necessary
• Follow up on receivables, payment terms, and collection processes regularly
• Maintain accurate and up-to-date customer and account records
• Prepare and present regular reports covering collections, orders, shipment schedules, and general market intelligence
• Monitor and report competitors’ pricing policies and sales strategies
• Prepare the Annual Sales Budget for the assigned region and customer portfolio, and submit it for approval to the Export Coordinator
