Regional Sales Manager – Middle East Countries

In line with our global growth objectives, we are looking for a highly motivated, result-oriented and internationally experiencedRegional Sales Manager to join our Export Sales Department and take responsibility for sales activities in the Middle East countries.

General Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree from a relevant university department,
• Excellent command of written and spoken English,
• Advanced level of written and spoken Arabic,
• Minimum 10 years of proven experience in international sales / export sales, particularly in Middle East markets,
• Preferably experienced in export sales within the plastic installation materials, heating-cooling, construction materials or similar sectors,
• Experienced in target market analysis, customer portfolio management, new market development, and dealer / distributor relations,
• Competent in sales budget preparation, target follow-up, reporting, and collection processes,
• Good knowledge of international trade, export operations, and shipment processes,
• No travel restrictions and willing to travel extensively within the assigned region,
• Strong communication and representation skills, with an analytical and result-oriented mindset,
• Preferably residing on the European side of Istanbul, especially around Büyükçekmece or Beylikdüzü,
• For male candidates, military service must be completed or exempted.

Job Description

• Manage, develop, and expand the existing customer portfolio in Middle East countries,
• Create new market opportunities by developing new customers, dealers, and distributor channels,
• Conduct regular field visits in the assigned region to strengthen customer relationships,
• Analyze customer needs and develop appropriate product, pricing, and sales strategies,
• Coordinate with relevant departments throughout the process from order placement to shipment,
• Follow up delivery processes and take necessary actions in case of delays or operational issues,
• Monitor receivables, payment terms, and collection processes on a regular basis,
• Ensure that customer and account records are accurate and up to date,
• Monitor and report competitors’ pricing policies, sales strategies, and market activities,
• Prepare regular reports on collections, orders, shipment schedules, and market developments,
• Prepare the annual sales budget for the assigned region and customer portfolio and submit it for the approval of the Export Coordination Department,
• Contribute to the company’s sustainable growth in line with its export sales targets.
