Your Role: 

We are looking for a highly motivated, proactive, and collaborative colleague to join our Supply Chain Management team. This position reports to the Supply Chain Manager and is located in Gebze, Turkey. The position requires rotational shiftwork (telecommuting) on Saturdays.

Main Responsibilities: 

• Follow up purchase orders. Update inbound shipment information (dates, quantity, purchase order etc.) on ERP.
• Coordinate product loadings from the suppliers.
• Follow up & coordinate custom clearance process and documents with vendors.
• Follow up bounded warehouse (WH) processes, coordinate WH slots for unloading & WH acceptance.
• Control and approve all inbound logistics related invoices/expenses.
• Analyze supplier service level and warehouse productivity.

Your Profile: 

• Bachelor's degree preferably in a business-related field
• Minimum 3 years of experience in Logistics; import & export processes, international trade and customs laws
• Fluent in English (spoken & written), other languages are a plus
• Advanced MS Office skills, particularly Excel. Experience in working with SAP would be an asset
• Excellent organization skills; ability to prioritize multiple projects/tasks simultaneously
• Strong interpersonal skills such as problem solving, teamwork, communication
• Good organizational, analytical and practical thinking skills
• A customer-oriented way of working 
• Ability to cope with a busy schedule, manage stress and pressure
• Military service completed for male candidates
