Continuous Improvement Leader

As a part of a multinational company, we are seeking for a 'Continuous Improvement Leader' to join the team of our company. 

• University degree in related Engineering departments,
• Minimum 8 years of experience of continuous improvement/lean in a manufacturing company,
• Have experience of implementing lean tools which are TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, VSM/VSD, SMED, pull system, Kanban, levelling, standard work, suggestion system, flow-oriented layout,
• Have experience of training employees about lean systems,
• Good command of English,
  
• Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills, team worker as well as team leader,
• Result oriented, self-motivated, positive and energetic, creative, eager to learn continuously.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Provides mentoring and support for overall Continuous improvement Process for the site aligned with the monthly Global Growtth Steering Committee Meeting,
• Lead continuous improvement culture in the plant and guides organization in lean systems implementation,
• Understand organizational dynamics and of business processes, policies and tools and methodologies relevant to operational change,
• Serves as the change agent by influencing, communication, and establishing a culture of simplification and standardization,
• Defines and implements lean management projects and takes part in the projects related to continuous improvement of the processes,
• Use and apply lean tools (TPM, 5S, Kaizen, Visual Management, VSM/VSD, SMED, pull system, Kanban, levelling, standard work, suggestion system, flow-oriented layout),
• Facilitates continuous improvement teams using lean project management tools,
• Monitors Key Performance Indicators of the plant and share the conclusions with the management of the company,
• Executes, tracks, and takes accountability for continuous improvement savings and results,
• Train and develop to all level employees in the business to ensure deployment of lean standards.
