Operations Assistant Manager

We are looking for an "Operations Assistant Manager" teammate who has experience in Operation processes.

QUALIFICATION AND EXPERIENCES

• Bachelor’s degree or higher in engineering, higher in Business Administration, International Trade, Logistics or related fields,
• At least 5 years of proven experience in operations positions, preferably in multinational companies, 
• Advanced written and spoken English skills,
• Knowledge of Logo Tiger ERP system and aptitude to learn new applications; good proficiency in MS Office tools,
• Experience of budgeting and forecasting,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Self-disciplined, well organized with good follow-up, proactive, analytical thinking, result and quality-oriented approach,
• Ability to work alone and in a team depending on the situation, 
• Willingness to travel and full clean driver’s license essential,
• Completed military service for male candidates,

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Ensure all operations are carried on in an appropriate, cost-effective way,
• Improve operational management systems, processes and practices,
• Perform all procurement and contracting activities including identification of the requirements for goods and services from all relevant departments, identification and evaluation of suppliers, negotiation of contracts with the suppliers, developing a purchase requisition and releasing the purchase order, follow-up of payments, monitoring delivery of goods and services,
• Keep contract files and carry out recording in the contract registry
• Monitor the quality of goods received, service provided
• Forecast price trends and their impact on future activities
• Examine financial data and use them to improve profitability
• Analyze data and produce reports and statistics on spending and saving
• Ensure adherence to all health, safety and environmental rules and regulations
• Conduct all activities in a compliant manner and provide audit support
• Support projects, foreign trade, logistics and/or general administration when necessary,
