• Bachelor’s Degree in Computer Engineering, Electronics Engineering, Mathematical Engineering or Mathematics,
• Minimum 4 years of experience in ETL platform,
• Fluent in at least 2 of these languages: Java, Python, Ruby, Bash Scripting, SQL,
• Knowledge about relational database management theory and practice,
• Experience in various cloud enviroinment such as Amazon,
• Understanding of search products, NOSQL databases,
• Working with Big Data environment such as Hadoop, Kafka will be plus,
• Data Warehousing fundamentals and knowledge of ETL and data management,
• Excellent command of English both written and spoken,
• No military obligation for male candidates or postponed for at least 2 years.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Resolve technical issues through research, reproduction, debugging,
• Responsible for handling customer escalations,
• Provide feedback to and work hand-in-hand with development to continuously improve supportability features and the documentation,
• Manage customer support cases on a daily basis, including verifying cases, isolating and diagnosing the problem, and resolving the issue,
• Troubleshoot areas of poor performance and identify effective solutions to resolve issues both in the immediate future and for the longer term,
• Passionate about hands-on coding, testing, releasing, monitoring, and supporting working software in production,
• Has depth and breadth of knowledge across multiple software engineering disciplines,
• Is self-driven, actively looks for ways to contribute, and knows how to get things done,
• Has a strong sense of engineering craftsmanship, takes pride in the code they write,
• Believes that good software development includes good testing, documentation, and collaboration,
• Has good communication and reasoning skills, including the ability to make a strong case for technology choices,
