Competency Set:

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering or related fields
• Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in presales 
• Experienced in Electronic Security Systems and Technologies  (CCTV, Access Control, Fire Alarm etc.) 
• Excellent command of both written and spoken English
• Knowledge of MS Office applications 
• Strong interpersonal and communication skills with an analytical manner
• Strong planning and organizational, and problem solving skills
• Self-motivated and open to exploring new trends and learning
• Ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment
• Approachable, customer service focused, solution oriented and can do attitude!
• No military service obligation for male candidates 

Job description:

• Provide a combination of security solutions designed to help our customers reduce risk, meet compliance and provide added value. (an integrated security solutions - Risk solutions, personnel solutions, monitoring solutions and technology solutions)
• Conduct an essential risk assessment - asks more detailed questions about the customers assets, potential impacts, and current exposures to threats and hazards.
• Understand the pain of the customer and operational procedures of the clients.
• Engage in customer dialogue around Risk, Security and/or Safety and Holistic Design of Integrated Solutions.(Discuss aboutsecurity risk with customers who do have a background or understanding of risk, or as a step following interest generated by the basic risk radar.)
• Conduct specialist knowledge within at least 5 product categories in at least 2 solution areas.
• Deliver an integrated security solution and design and draw on other specialists in specific projects.
• Analyze and create security and safety consulting reports.
• Pay attention to developments in the solution field, including knowledge of security and safety methods and standards (laws, guidelines, international and local standards)
• Connect solutions with core business needs and values.
• Combine business strategy with security and safety solutions and perform the principles of G4S Way of Selling.
