About Job

We are looking for a Contracts Manager for our project in Saudi Arabia. The position will be located on the site in Saudi Arabia. Required qualifications are:

·        University degree in Engineering departments, legal knowledge is an asset
·        Minimum 5-7 years of experience in Contract and Subcontract management, especially in construction projects
·        Experience in execution of contracts with the employer and ability to negotiate commercial and contractual issues during evaluation, award and execution of supplier and subcontractor contracts
·        Experience in working with engineering/consultancy, construction companies for large-scale international projects
·        Ability to work in an international working environment, having an international sense of business
·        Analytical skills and basic schedule knowledge
·        No restrictions to work abroad
·        Excellent command of Englis

İŞ TANIMI

·        Managing and following the obligations under the contracts
·        Preparation and management of the relevant parts of claims of construction projects
·        Operating sensitively in multicultural environments and building effective working relations with clients and colleagues
·        Creating contract awareness in the team
·        Following-up the responsibilities set by the Employer and Subcontractors as per their Contractual terms and conditions
·        Evaluating the requests/claims and allegations of parties related with Contractual issues in terms of Projects’ Contractual documents and generating required replies in writing
·        Following Contractual Milestones and other requirements and ensuring that required actions are taken in advance.
