We are currently seeking candidates to join the REINSURANCE team in our growing organisation

Job Description

• Lead the team to manage facultative reinsurance/coinsurance and fronting businesses, both through local and global markets
• Knowledge and experience in Treaty Business will be a plus
• Close communication and cooperation with other teams and business partners to achieve the best
• Analysis and reporting management
• Manage/Conduct Documentation and processes relevant to Reinsurance
• Execution of sales & marketing activities of Reinsurance opportunities
• Representations

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in a reputable university
• Min 10 years of experience in Reinsurance and/or Corporate Risks Placement
• International group experience will be a plus if any
• Strong leadership skills
• Strong communication and negotiation skills
• Advanced level of English, both written and spoken
• Good command of MS Office programmes
• Strong written and verbal communication
• Completed military service for male candidates.
