Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering or a related field,
• 3-5 years of experience in operations, project management, or process improvement roles,
• Proficiency in operational tools, systems, and software, including ERP/MES systems, 3D/2D design software (SolidWorks, AutoCAD), and simulation tools such as Simio, FlexSim, Arena, and AnyLogic,
• Knowledge of Lean manufacturing tools specifically VSM, One Piece Flow, Smed, Line Balancing, Kanban
• Strong leadership and team management skills,
• Solid communication and interpersonal skills to work across diverse teams,
• Excellent organisational and multitasking abilities,
• Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret data effectively.

Job Description

• Utilize simulation software such as Simio, FlexSim, Arena, and AnyLogic to perform line balancing in manufacturing processes.
• Conduct value stream mapping and time studies to improve process efficiency, identify bottlenecks, and develop improvement recommendations.
• Actively participate in productivity improvement initiatives by monitoring, analyzing, and optimizing manufacturing processes throughout the factory.
• Prepare, analyze, and share reports on key performance indicators (KPIs), including productivity, losses, and conversion rates, on a departmental basis.
• Hands-on experience with process optimization methodologies, including Lean and Six Sigma.
• Expertise in advanced data analysis and reporting tools 
• Perform productivity analyses and develop improvement recommendations.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams on related projects and ensure effective follow-up of actions and processes.
