Product Specialist

We are looking for an experienced “Product Specialist” to join ourProductMarketing Department. Reporting to theProduct Marketing Manager, this role will be responsible for product management, pricing strategies, market analysis, and product performance monitoring to support business growth and profitability.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Engineering; a master's degree is preferred (an MBA or a master's degree in Marketing is considered an advantage).
• 4–5 years of experience in Product Management, preferably within the electric motor industry or a manufacturing company.
• Advanced proficiency in Microsoft Excel.
• Experience in P&L management, budgeting, profitability analysis, and financial performance monitoring
• Proven experience in campaign management, including performance tracking and ROI analysis
• Strong analytical, reporting, and follow-up skills with excellent problem-solving abilities.
• Effective communication skills and a collaborative, team-oriented mindset.
• Experience working with ERP systems; SAP knowledge is preferred.
• Excellent knowledge of both written and spoken English.
• Residing on the Anatolian side of Istanbul

Job Description

• Conduct market segmentation, targeting, and positioning analyses for the product portfolio.
• Perform business analyses required for product pricing and maintain competitive pricing databases.
• Develop pricing recommendations aligned with brand positioning, profitability targets and competitive market conditions.
• Prepare and maintain domestic and international price lists in line with pricing strategies.
• Conduct and monitor competitor price analyses, Net Price Positioning (NPP) studies, and benchmarking activities.
• Analyze product performance by product category and customer segment, including sales, profitability, and Significant Price Variation (SPV), and prepare regular performance reports.
• Develop and manage product, pricing, and promotional campaigns based on product performance analysis.
• Conduct product cost analyses and support process improvement initiatives to optimize costs.
• Prepare budget forecasts and profitability analyses for product groups and monitor financial performance against targets

Collaborate closely with Sales, Marketing, Finance, and Supply Chain teams to ensure effective product and pricing management
