GEFEST is Korean automotive parts supplier part of YOUNGSAN GROUP located in Arslanbey OSB, an industrial complex in Izmit, Turkey, and manufactures automotive sheet metal components and sound absorption material.

We are looking for a 'Sales and Development Specialist' 

• Bachelor degree in Engineering, Business Administration, Finance, Management Engineering, etc 
• Good knowledge of MS office programs, 
• Intermediate level in English (Only English CV will be considered and also interviews will be conducted in English) 
• Work in coordination with product and project management units, 
• Strong communication and presentation skills, 
• Strong time management and organizational skills, 
• Ability to work in a team, 
• Military service must be completed for male candidates. 

JOB DESCRIPTION 

• Developing sales targets and increasing market share and managing sales plan, 
• Follow-up new business opportunities as well as to set up and lead meetings with potential new clients, 
• To undertake and manage customer relations operations and management in accordance with business plans, 
• Performing the necessary reporting on all activities. 
• Managing existing and new projects 
• Managing customers orders and fast response to all kind of inquiries, developing professional and effective relationships with all clients,
• Following up all activities and processes from the first contact with the customer
