QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Established in 2013, İstanbul, Gen Era is a leading product and service provider in diagnostics and life sciences. Gen Era offers a broad range of molecular diagnostic tests, reagents, as well as instruments of high technology and quality. With the power of distributorship supported by a highly skilled and experienced team, Gen Era succeeded to alter the understanding of laboratory services in Turkey and became a pioneer in diagnostics.
We are looking for a "International Sales Manager (CIS)" to join our team!
Qualifications
· Graduated from related undergraduate departments (preferably Molecular Biology and Genetics, Biology),
· At least 5 years of experience in a similar position and industry,
· Fluency in English is a must, Russian is a plus,
· Strong analytical, organizational, reporting and project management skills,
· Strong cross-cultural, interpersonal, communication, conflict resolution and negotiation skills,
· Strong knowledge of MS Office Applications.
Job Description
· Meets regional sales financial objectives by forecasting requirements; preparing an annual budget; scheduling expenditures; analyzing variances; initiating corrective actions,
· To prepare and realize strategic business plans for their region; track and be fully accountable for volume and profit performance of each country within the region,
· Determining the sales targets of the region and creating sales and marketing activity plans to achieve this goal,
· Tracking and reporting competitor brand activities in the region,
· Contribute to and actively participate in trade marketing/marketing plans and assure right execution and development of efficient sales activities including consumer promotions and trade activations; coordinate campaign deployment & digital communication,
· Creating a potential customer portfolio and routine visits to these customers,
· Promoting brands and products to potential customer leads and improving sales opportunities,
· Expanding and managing the distributor network by seizing opportunities,
· Manage pricing process; evaluate the whole value chain in countries; benchmark, rationalize and capture opportunities.
