Application Support Analyst – EAGM, serves as primary administrator of IT programs to end-user community, provides application end-user support.
Qualifications/Requirements
-Minimum of 1 year professional Application Support /Administration experience, with a proven track record of performance
-Bachelor's degree in IT/Engineering/Business Administration equivalent from an accredited 4-year university or college
-Significant CRM experience with an emphasis on services enablement for a large, multi-location Service teams
-Strong analytical and critical thinking skills required
-Excellent verbal and written communication skills and the ability to interact professionally with a diverse group of users, managers, and subject matter experts
-Demonstrated organizational and time management skills

-Strong sense of urgency with a demonstrated record of meeting commitments
-Proven ability to support users on the use of tools
-Flexibility and entrepreneurial, self-starter approach, ability to effectively challenge status quo

-Administrate and maintain IT programs collaborating with program team and global CoE
-Support program deployments activities
-Partner with Service Program Team and establish support process
-Maintain data integrity across multiple IT programs
-Develop and maintain application artifacts including Work Instructions and Standard Operating Procedures documentation
