Job Description: 

• Preliminary evaluation for technology transfer and process optimization projects; coordinate the created teams and managing the projects.
• Prepare the documents for the trial productions of the projects, when necessary, follow the implementation by including in the production of the in/outside of the company. 
• Follow the general department budget for the projects carried out and to prepare the post project report when the project is completed.
• Open the changes of the projects systematically and ensure the coordination of all related works.
• Support taking necessary actions to complete deviations, corrective and preventive actions, changes, internal and external audit findings.
• Review and revise the documents of the Process Optimization and Technology Transfer unit; to provide training when necessary.

General Qualifications: 

• Bachelor's degree from Pharmacy, Biology, Chemistry, Engineering or related departments. 
• Preferably minimum 1 year of experience in the pharmaceutical industry or in a similar position. 
• Preferably have knowledge of GMP practices. 
• Preferably have basic knowledge of the production processes of sterile dosage (liquid and lyophilized) and/or solid dosage form (tablet and capsule) products (ex:, filtration, lyophilization, granulation, tablet printing, capsule filling, coating, packaging). 
• Good knowledge of written and spoken English.
• Able to use MS Project, Smartsheet and similar project management tools. 
• Result oriented and analytical thinking; coordination experience in multi-stakeholder projects. 
• No travel restrictions. 
• Completed military service for male candidates.
