QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

Turkey's young, dynamic, innovative and success-oriented healthcare company that adds innovation to the generic world; GENVEON is looking for a Production Team Leader to be assigned to our production facility in Gebze Plastics Organized Industrial Zone!

Main Responsibilities

To assure that the requirements given in Ministry of Health Regulations Quality Manual and Policies are fulfilled and the approved manufacturing procedures are applied.

To follow  the team work and production policy established by the Production Department

 To assure that manufacturing operations are planned and conducted in line with sales forecasts and orders, in-process controls are carried out, necessary precautions are taken during storage and transfer of semi-finished and finished products, intermediate storage times are minimized and bottlenecks are eliminated.

To prepare and approve all Master manufacturing methods and related SOPs (Standard Operating Procedures).

In order to assure that starting materials and excipients are in compliance with quality, inform Quality Assurance and Logistics Departments about the explanations stated  in the manufacturing procedures.

To assure that the semi-finished and finished products are manufactured with predetermined quality standards,to assure the establishment and improvement of these quality standards.

To assure that the Production areas are well maintained and kept  in order and to check the maintenance of her department premise and equipment.

To ensure that products are produced and stored according to the appropriate documentation in order to obtain the reçuired quality.

To assure continuously that Solid production personnel is trained technically and with respect to GMP following a previously approved  program.

To assure the establishment of environmental and hygienic conditions in Solid Production locations.

To ensure that approppriate validations are done, to contribute to the process validation activities and assure that they are carried out according to a previously approved Validation Master Plan.

Prepare, approve and keep up to date the instructions and SOP's relating to production operations and ensure their strict implementation.

Contribute to saving projects aiming at reduction of production and  product cost, develop and  finalize projects.

Develop projects to increase the productivity and machine reliability and work in collaboration with related Teams.

Contribute to the implementation of the Total Ouality Culture  with high performance approach.

To take part in the investigation and evaluation of internal & external complaints monthly basis during Technical Quality Meetings.

To ensure that GMP requirements are  completely and effectively implemented.
