To further expand our presence in Turkey and maintain our high standards of excellent customer service, we are looking for additional team members with excellent French language skills to join our French-speaking Back Office team in Istanbul.
Your Responsibilities
- Entering, processing, and monitoring customer orders in SAP
- Coordinating delivery dates and liaising with internal departments
- Ensuring smooth order processing and fulfillment
- Maintaining customer and order data
- Handling customer inquiries professionally and promptly via email
- General correspondence related to order processing
Your Profile
- Excellent French language skills, both written and spoken (native level)
- Strong command of English, both written and spoken
- Completed secondary school education or equivalent qualification
- Initial experience in customer service or administrative support is an advantage, but not required
- Proficient in Microsoft Office applications
- Strong communication skills, team spirit, and a solution-oriented mindset
- Independent, structured, and reliable way of working
- High level of customer service orientation and patience when dealing with customer inquiries
