QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

?Gi Group is one of the world’s leading companies providing services for the development of the labour market. The group is active in the fields of temporary and permanent staffing, advanced outsourcing, search and selection, training, outplacement, HR consulting, as well as in a variety of complementary activities. 

We are looking for an Human Resources Team Leader” to be employed in service company.
  • University degree at least with Bachelor’s Degree
  • Minimum 7 years of experience in Human Resources
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in Team Management
  • Extensive knowledge of HR policies and systems about many responsibilities of the function (e.g. recruitment, talent management, performance management, compensation and benefits, reward)
  • Strong business acumen, including strong problem-solving skills, critical thinking, and analytical capabilities
  • Good presentation, leadership and organization skills
  • Excellent time management, project management and process improvement capabilities
  • Computer literacy (MS Office applications), ideally including experience with HR information systems (Oracle, Successfactors)
  • Fluent English in both writing and speaking
  • No military obligation for male candidates


İŞ TANIMI

  • Reporting to HR & Corporate Development Director and working with for facilitating long-term HR initiatives aligned with the strategic agenda
  • Manages all functions of the HR management including recruitment, talent management, performance management, development, C&B and Turkish labor laws and regulations
  • Developing a strong understanding of the company's organizational structure, operations, values and culture in order to effectively partner and provide support
  • Providing proactive coaching, consultation and direction to Managers in areas of performance management, talent development, compensation and overall organizational effectiveness
  • Preparation and follow up the headcount plans in accordance with the company budget
  • Improving HR effectiveness and internal customer satisfaction by driving continuous improvement activities
  • Assess, improve and deliver HR KPIs on a standardized reporting system
  • Measuring HR effectiveness through appropriate benchmarking and HR metrics

Bachelor’s(Graduate), Master’s(Graduate)
Completed, Exempt
