We are looking for an Art Director to join our Marketing team and take ownership of the visual direction of the brand across digital and offline communication channels.

The role will be responsible for transforming marketing strategies and business objectives into compelling visual concepts while ensuring consistency across all brand touchpoints.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead the development of creative concepts for marketing campaigns and brand communication projects.
• Translate campaign objectives and marketing strategies into strong visual ideas and creative directions.
• Guide and support graphic designers throughout the creative development process.
• Review and ensure the quality, consistency and visual impact of creative outputs.
• Collaborate closely with Marketing, Digital, Product and other relevant teams to deliver integrated communication materials.
• Develop visual concepts for digital platforms, social media, campaigns, presentations, events and other communication channels.
• Manage multiple creative projects simultaneously, ensuring priorities, timelines and deliverables are effectively coordinated.
• Provide creative direction for photo and video productions when required.
• Stay up to date with design trends, visual communication practices and emerging creative tools.
• Contribute to the development and evolution of the company’s visual identity and creative standards.
• Present creative concepts to internal stakeholders and incorporate relevant feedback into final deliverables.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Visual Communication, Fine Arts or a related field.
• 7+ years of experience in graphic design or a related creative field.
• Previous experience in an Art Director or similar creative leadership role.
• Experience managing or mentoring creative professionals.
• Strong understanding of branding, visual communication, typography and layout.
• Good knowledge of photography and video production processes.
• Proficiency in relevant graphic design and creative software.
• Strong portfolio demonstrating creative thinking and execution.
• Ability to manage multiple projects and work effectively within deadlines.
• Strong communication, presentation and collaboration skills.
• Creative mindset with a strong eye for detail and visual consistency.
• Ability to understand business objectives and translate them into effective creative solutions.
