Duties and Responsibilities
To direct, coordinate and exercise functional authority for the planning, organisation, control, integration, and completion of engineering projects (new, renovation, repair and maintenance) to, and not limited to, building and grounds, plants, machineries and equipment.
To ensure that the Fire Life Health Safety Security and Sustainability company standards and HACCP Standards are maintained and carried out.
Encourages the highest possible standard of environmental management.
To perform any other duties and responsibilities as required by the Director of Engineering.
Ensure the day-to-day operation of the departments office duties and general administration is completed competently and in a given time.
Support company's philosophy and company culture through the use of Pillars of Legendary Quality Experiences on a daily basis to ensure Guest Satisfaction and the achievement of our Mission Statement.
Requirements
Minimum of 5 years’ experience as Assistant Director of Engineering in Luxury Hotels.
Knowledge of mechanical and electrical systems.
Excellent communication skills spoken and written both in Turkish & English.
An engineering degree.
Previous opening experience is an advantage.
Excellent knowledge of major building systems, power plant, air conditioning system, kitchens etc.
Experienced and knowledgeable in energy management.
Experienced user of office automation applications, including Word, Excel amongst others.
