Financial Controlling Specialist

We are looking for a Financial Controlling Specialist who is highly proficient in English, able to work independently, takes initiative, and maintains a strong attention to detail in every aspect of their work. Reporting directly to the Finance Director, this position is a critical part of our financial management structure.

Key Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Economics, Industrial Engineering, or a related field
• Minimum 3–4 years of progressive experience in reporting and controlling
• Strong background in financial reporting, including preparation and analysis of financial statements
• Solid knowledge of IFRS and VUK
• High level of accuracy, strong organizational skills, and effective problem-solving abilities
• Disciplined, reliable, and able to manage multiple stakeholders; a proven team player
• Advanced Excel and data analysis skills
• Experience with IBM Cognos TM1 is a strong plus
• Familiarity with Mikro accounting software is an advantage 
• Excellent English communication skills, both written and spoken

• Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports in compliance with IFRS and internal company policies

Key Responsabilities:

• Prepare and analyze financial statements, ensuring accurate and timely reporting

• Prepare and submit IFRS financial reports and all ad-hoc reports to headquarters in line with group requirements
• Perform variance analysis by comparing actual results with budget, forecast, and prior periods
• Monitor and analyze Key Performance Indicators (KPIs) to assess financial performance and identify improvement areas
• Monitor cash flow, liquidity, and working capital to ensure financial stability
• Act as a single point of contact for global entities in relation with the group intercompany reconciliation process
• Ensure full accounting compliance and perform compliance controls during month-end closing processes
• Develop models that support process improvements and enhance reporting efficiency.
• Follow up on internal control procedures to safeguard company assets and mitigate financial risk
• Overall support to the Finance Director in its-day-to-day activities.
