QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are is seeking out an experienced, passionate, and diligent HR Executive to join our team.

Together with the Head of HR assess business organisation strengths and gaps, provide HR organisational design guidance, and facilitate appropriate action plans

Driving standardization for the execution of HR policies and procedures, align them with company policies and implement changes,

Working closely with business teams to support organizational growth with HR interventions,

Leading HR projects and initiatives,

Consulting line managers and employees about all aspects of HR (recruitment,talent & performance management, learning& training, compensation & benefits)

Being responsible for all legal issues, payroll and personnel affairs,

Assist Head Of HR in developing a solid understanding of the company's organizational structure, values, and culture,

Assist Head Of HR in designing succession plans for key talents and key roles,

Working closely with the other teams to create the hiring process and ensuring high-quality talent recruitment,

Identifying top talent and converting prospects into active candidates,

Provide leaders of people guidance and mentoring.

Assist Head Of HR to develop and implement solutions to organizational challenges by leading / coaching others through change. Provide coaching and feedback as needed to help Build Organizational Capability

Managing onboarding and orientation program to ensure newcomer adaptation & engagement,

Seeking creative ways to improve the employee experience and our culture.

To follow all personnel movements (recruitment, transfer, promotion, rotation , etc


Minimum 10 years’ working experience withing HR Generalist role.

Experience in setting and implementing process or projects

Knowledge of global best practices in HR, local laws and regulations, knowledge of labour laws

Good organizational & analytical skills

Strong experience within administrative and operational HR tasks

Proficient in MS Office applications

Excellent command of written and spoken English

Preferred Candidate

10 - 14 years of experience
Bachelor’s(Graduate)
