Currently we are seeking a highly skilled "Investor Relations Manager"to join our team.

Job Description

• Prepare quarterly and annual activity reports and conduct financial analysis studies,
• Create investor presentations and actively manage investor relations processes,
• Ensure full compliance with legal obligations including Public Disclosure Platform (KAP) disclosures in accordance with CMB (Capital Markets Board of Turkey) and BIST (Borsa Istanbul) regulations,
• Establish effective communication with investors, analysts, and other stakeholders; organize events such as roadshows,
• Contribute to ESG (Environmental, Social, and Governance) processes and corporate governance practices,
• Collaborate in coordination with the CEO, CFO, and relevant internal departments to conduct investor relations activities in an integrated manner,
• Prepare sectoral reports and strategic communication materials related to the energy sector and company operations.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Finance, Engineering, or related fields,
• Preferably experienced in the energy sector,
• Knowledge of financial modeling techniques and valuation methods used by analysts and investors,
• Experienced in financial statement analysis, capital markets, and IFRS (International Financial Reporting Standards) reporting,
• Hands-on experience in CMB, BIST, and KAP processes,
• Strong presentation and financial analysis skills,
• Preferably fluent in English,
• Strong communication and representation skills,
• At least 10 years of experience in the energy sector or capital markets,
• Proficiency in reading and interpreting financial statements,
• High analytical thinking ability and effective presentation skills,
• Advanced skills in Excel and PowerPoint,
• Excellent command of English,
• A visionary outlook with an interest in sustainability, renewable energy, and investor trends.
