 For our EPC-M Consultancy Project in Oil and Gas  

We are looking for Lead HSE Engineer

To be based in our Aksaray Site Office. Reporting to the Project Manager

 Responsible for;

·       Following the national and international health and safety laws, standards and regulations. Implementing the new requirements or changes accordingly.

·       Making the risk assessments, plan the necessary actions and follow the implantations

·       Checking the contractor’s HSE trainings and report.

·       Determining existing hazards and measures in the work area, taking appropriate measures and explaining the current risks to the contractors and client.

·       Preparation of the risk assessment analysis of hazardous work and areas,

·       Monitoring the safety performance through the field check, take action plans and follow up the implementation in order to develop health and safety culture

·       Lead the risk management processes and guide to determine safe working methods.

·       Preparation of daily, weekly, monthly reports as per requirement of the clients and 3rd party lenders.

·       Representing the client in İnternal and external report audits related to HSE issues,

·       Guiding contractors in HSE issues

Required Qualifications:

·       BS Degree in Engineering from a reputable University.

·       At least 15 year experience in HSE areas, specifically 5 years in power plant, pipe line project, refinery, chemical plants, industrial project, etc.

·       Good knowledge of machines, equipment, work process and process safety in construction area.

·       Preferable experienced in very high level risk projects.

·       Good command of national and international standards, legislation and legal regulations

·       Good Knowledge in management system documentation (ISO 9001,14001,18001)

·       Strong communication and problem solving skills

·       Teamwork oriented

·       Excellent command of MS Office Programs

·       Fluent in Written and spoken English.

·       Good in driving

·       Military Service – completed.
