QUALIFICATIONS

• The Background: You have a Bachelor’s degree (Business, Economics, Finance, etc.) and  3+ years of real-world marketing experience.

• The Mindset: You thrive in dynamic environments. Tight deadlines or shifting priorities don't scare you; they excite you. You see challenges as a canvas to create something new.

• The Voice: Your English is fluent (written & spoken) because you will be our bridge to the global team. Your communication skills make people stop and listen.

• The Energy: You have a genuinely warm, customer-oriented, and constructive personality. You love people, you love building communities, and you possess a positive "can-do" attitude.

• The Practicality: You are sharp with MS Office (Excel & PowerPoint), ready to travel when the role requires a personal touch, and for male candidates, military service is behind you.
