Marketing Specialist

We are looking for a team member who will take responsibility across a broad scope ranging from bringing creative ideas to life to managing all aspects of brand communication.

In this role, you will actively contribute to marketing communications, creative projects, digital content management, and visual communication processes, while collaborating closely with different teams and business partners to enhance the overall brand experience.

Responsibilities

• Manage the planning, coordination, and execution of marketing campaigns.

• Manage social media channels, plan content, and coordinate publishing processes.

• Prepare and ensure the up-to-date status of digital and printed communication materials.

• Manage creative processes with design agencies and other solution partners.

• Contribute to the creation and development of social media, website, and corporate communication content.

• Plan photo and video shoots and organize content production processes.

• Coordinate in-store communication materials, campaign visuals, window displays, and visual merchandising activities.

• Develop creative ideas aligned with brand identity and bring projects to life.

• Monitor marketing budgets, project timelines, and work plans.

• Ensure timely execution of projects by coordinating with internal teams and external stakeholders.

• Track campaign and communication performance and provide improvement suggestions.

Requirements

• Bachelor’s degree in Marketing, Communications, Advertising, Public Relations, Visual Communication Design, or related fields.

• Minimum 3 years of experience in marketing, brand communication, or creative services.

• Strong knowledge of social media management and content production processes.

• Strong creative thinking with a strong sense of visual aesthetics.

• Experience in agency and supplier management.

• Proficient in Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, etc.).

• Strong interest in digital marketing trends.

• Strong planning, organization, and project management skills.

• Strong communication skills and ability to work in a team environment.

• Proficient in MS Office applications.

• Advanced level of English proficiency.
