QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a " Process Quality Engineer " with the following qualifications to be assigned to our new factory to be opened in Bergama.

If you have,

  • Bachelor's degree in engineering departments (preferably Mechanical&Industrial or Textile Engineering),
  • Minimum 3 years of experience in quality area of a manufacturing company preferably in automotive industry,
  • Knowledge of the quality standards for automotive industry (such as IATF 16949),
  • Having IATF 16949 internal auditor certificate is preferable,
  • Knowledge of basic Q-Tools (FMEA, SPC, CP, MSA, etc) and customer requirements (PPAP, APQP, VDA etc.),
  • Fluency in spoken and written English,
  • Good knowledge of MS Office programs,
  • Knowledge on Problem solving tools (6 Sigma, 8D, FTA, Ishikawa, 5why etc.),
  • Dynamic, team player, good communication skills, strong analytical thinking and problem solving skills,
  • Having B Class Drivers license and being an active driver,
  • Availability to travel and work with different locations,
  • No military obligation for male candidates.

    The duties you will be responsible for when you joined our new factory to be opened in Bergama as a "Quality Engineer";

  • Managing and improving quality system (Internal, External Audits etc), developing quality improvement projects, etc.
  • Monitoring/Collecting/Analyzing supplier issues and performances
  • Managing and Reducing Cost of Poor Quality
  • Managing PPAP activites
  • Performing Internal System Audits
