· Minimum 7 years of experience in procurement management.
· Strong experience in construction procurement processes and software platforms.
· Experience managing local and international suppliers.
· International project experience is mandatory.
· Advanced English communication skills.
· Strong negotiation and contract management skills.
· Experience in large-scale construction projects is preferred.
· Proven track record in managing procurement for large-scale construction projects.
Responsibilities
· Develop and implement procurement strategies that align with project goals and budget constraints.
· Manage supplier selection, tendering, and contract negotiations.
· Coordinate procurement activities with project teams.
· Monitor procurement schedules and budgets.
· Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations in all procurement activities.
· Build and maintain relationships with key suppliers and subcontractors.
· Ensure timely delivery of materials and services required for project execution.
· Monitor and report on procurement performance metrics and implement improvements as needed.
· Manage international procurement projects, ensuring alignment with global standards and practices.
