We’re on the lookout for an Operation Support Specialist to join our dynamic team.

Purpose of Role

To enhance the efficiency and effectiveness of operational processes. The main responsibilities include improving processes, ensuring compliance with standards, and implementing innovative solutions to achieve high-quality results.

Responsibilities

• To assist in the design and implementation of strategies aimed at increasing operational efficiency.
• Monitor ongoing and planned project processes to ensure compliance with established standards.
• Analyze the financial and operational performance of projects, prepare reports, and provide recommendations for continuous improvement.
• Regularly review operational performance and propose actions for ongoing improvement.
• Contribute to the development and implementation of strategies to improve project efficiency.
• Support the development and execution of equipment strategies.
• Support the development and execution of maintenance and repair strategies.
• Collaborate with regional teams to ensure effective communication and coordination between headquarters and field locations

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Mechanical Engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in a similar field
• Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic, and multicultural environment
• Strong written and verbal communication skills
• Analytical thinking, problem-solving, and decision-making abilities
• Advanced written and spoken English skills
