QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION

We are looking for a Sales Manager for our HQ office in Istanbul.

 Qualifications  :

  • Undergraduate Degree from Mechanical Engineering department of reputable universities and an MBA degree.
  • Professional experience and good understanding of industrial products.
  • Professional experience and good network within the WELDING market.
  • Ability to manage sales profit margin
  • Sets out clear objectives and framework conditions and define areas of responsibility and competence.
  • Ability to communicate at all levels.
  • Gain commitment from others to work together in the interest of the customer and utilize feedback to identify opportunities for product/service improvements
  • Adapt sales process, presentation and communication style to the culture/country, company thatdoing business with.
  • Ability to lead front
  • Willingness to accept and derived change
  • Ability to close deals and winning trust of the customers.
  • Good level of English.
  • Microsoft office skills.
  • B class driving licence.

Job description:

Strategizing

  • Develop and implement the business strategy to ensure continual growth and increase company's market share in assigned country/territory
  • Develop and implement annual business plans.
  • Responsible for revenue and consolidated CM 1 for assigned territory
  • Develop new business via acquisition of new key account customers.
  • Manage new product introduction process to ensure successful product launches.

Stakeholder management

  • Manage and maintain existing and further develop the distributor network
  • Work on demanding customer projects and support customer problem solving
  • Ensure professional provision of technical support and after sales service
  • Conduct regular market analysis and monitor trends and customer requirements
  • Coordinate internally with the technical and industry key account managers

Others

  • Operative use of implemented sales tools and processes.
