Technology Director

We are looking for an experienced Technology Director who will be responsible for the overall management of our Information Technology function, including software, systems, network infrastructure, IT operations and information security.

Key Responsibilities

• Lead and manage the Information Technology function and ensure the effective execution of departmental objectives.
• Develop and implement the company’s IT strategy in alignment with business needs and corporate objectives.
• Manage both software applications and systems/network infrastructure, ensuring their continuous improvement, reliability and security.
• Lead software development, application improvement and business process automation initiatives, either through internal resources or external technology partners.
• Plan, implement and continuously improve modern, secure and integrated communication and network infrastructures.
• Ensure high-quality IT support services for internal and external customers.
• Lead and develop the IT team, strengthening technical capabilities and ensuring continuous professional development.
• Evaluating technology needs and manage IT hardware, software and service procurement processes.
• Manage relationships with external technology vendors, service providers and business partners.
• Monitoring IT performance indicators and report departmental performance, risks, projects and improvement areas to the General Manager.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s or master’s degrees in computer engineering, Software Engineering, Information Technology, Computer Science or a related field.
• Minimum 10 years of professional experience in a similar IT management or leadership position.
• Strong knowledge and hands-on experience in both software/application management and systems/network infrastructure.
• Advanced knowledge of Microsoft server technologies and services.
• Strong knowledge of network infrastructure and network technologies.
• Good command of English.
• Experience managing IT teams, external vendors and technology projects.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and decision-making skills.
