Background & Qualifications

• Proficient and fluent in English (spoken and written), with good interpersonal and communication skills,
• At least 2 years in Product / Clinical Sales role in a surgical market
• Preferably General Surgery experience
• Advanced knowledge in MS Office applications
• Customer-oriented personality with strong planning and organizational skills
• Self-management ability
• Analytical thinker and attentive to details
• No restriction to travel frequently and must have a valid driving license
• No military obligation for male candidates
• Having graduated from the relevant departments that have TCESIS Medical Device Sales and Promotion Person and Clinical Support Personnel certificates, or who can obtain a certificate

Summary Job Description:

• Preparing, updating and implementing respective plans (Brand Operational Plans/Brand Strategic Plans (BSP)) including short and long term market share/ financial targets of the brands in his/her area of responsibility,
• To realize sales and marketing activities in accordance with customer satisfaction, company policy, product quality, competition law, communiques published by authorities such as SGK and Ministry of Health and other criteria in order to achieve the determined sales targets.
• Continue to develop and update product knowledge through reading textbooks, journal articles, technical documents and keep up to date with relevant scientific knowledge and participatein and carry out events including congresses, symposia, field visits, training programs and be prepared to travel to locations in accordance with job requirements.
• Leading strategic decisions in order to improve business performance
• Developing and implementing alternative/back up plans and strategies in a proactive manner in case of regulatory changes, changes driven by the brand and competition etc.,
• Gathering and interpreting accurately the customer segmentation, market analyses, competitor analyses, other developments within the sector and the respective data to ensure that the brand plans will reach the targets, integrating these to the operational plans and keeping the plans updated,
• Providing basic and product medical trainings to Product Promotion Specialist
• Accompanying the cases (in strategically important centers, in the presentation of new treatments, in cases expected to be difficult, at the request of the physician-hospital, as per the request of the business managers) in line with the instructions given by the doctors
• To follow up the tenders in the centers, to provide the necessary technical specifications in the tender files, to review and answer the technical specifications, to follow up until the closing of the file.
