Formal qualifications required

• Graduated from engineering departments of university, preferably metallurgy metarial, machinery and industrial engineering
• At least 2 years of experience in the Automotive industry and 3 years of experience quality
• Actively worked with the IATF 16949 quality management system
• Knowledgeable in Quality Core tools(APQP,FMEA,PPAP,SPC,MSA) process
• Able to use to solving techniques actively  8D, Fisbone, 5Why etc.
• Proficient about VDA 6.3 process
• Having controlled document managemenet skills
• Prone to project-oriented, systematic and analtical work
• High self discipline, able to manage time/periority
• Flexible and able to adapt quickly to changes that may occur in the business plan
• Ability to manage realitionsip with customers, suppliers and process stakeholders
• Having a class B license , able to drive actively, not having any domestic/international travel barriers.
• Actively used English at work(at least B2 upper-intermediate level)
• Actively using MS Office applications(especially ; Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

Job Description

• IATF 16949:2016 to carry out quality management system activities
• Monitoring the compliance of the organization with the requirements of the IATF 16949:2016 quality managemenet system, determining the weak points, taking the necessary corrective measures and ensuring the continuity of process
• Ensuring that processes have target outputs.
• To ensure the creation, implementation and continuity of the processes required for the QMS
• Reporting to senior managemenet when there is a need performance and improvement of the QMS
• Participating in system and process audits to be carried out within the organization
• Ensuring that costumer focus in increased throughout the organization
• Planning and implementing changes in the QMS, ensuring the integrity of the quality management system
• To provide consultancy to other units within the organization on their quality-related problems.
• To identify weak points in terms of quality assurance in internal organizational units.
• Determination of the suitability of the quality system, determining whether the applications are made according to written documents and their effectiveness, whether there is a decrease in error rates, customer complaints and poor quality costs as a result of all these studies
• Procedure/Instruction revision and control of its implementation
• To ensure the tracking and reporting of quality targets(KPI)
• Carrying out Internal Process and Product Inspections and monitoring their actions
• Conducting and reporting P-FMEA, control plan and customer complaints studies
• Tracking and reporting costumer special requests
• Follow-up legal obligations within the scope of IATF 16949
• Coordinating and reporting customer satisfaction assessments
