QUALIFICATIONS AND JOB DESCRIPTION
Global Kapital Group was established in 2010 and has grown in a mere 9 years to a global financial services company, with offices currently across 18-countries and a total workforce of over 1,500 people.
This role will work for the global brokerage business line of Global Kapital Group.
Mission
Reporting to the Head of CVM, your mission will manage CVM campaigns and improve the customer experience for the various online brokerage products across 12 countries in Asia and EMEA. will work closely with the data analyst and operation team to plan campaigns and analyze their results.
Responsibilities
- Develop a methodology to measure customer lifetime value. Drive customer value segmentation to increase business efficiency and effectiveness across the marketing organization.
- Implement decision making based on customer lifetime value across the Marketing division.
- Develop segmented acquisition and retention tactics drive cross-selling and up-selling tactical campaigns.
- Measure success and maximize the ROI of campaigns, loyalty schemes.
- Consistent communication of key findings (activity analysis, cluster detection, uptake & usage predictions, campaign effectiveness, etc.)
- Support the planning team in marketing forecasting, customer profitability analysis across segments, fixed and mobile.
- Develop statistical models to identify micro-segments, social networks, propensity to buy and propensity to churn.
- Execute targeted retention campaigns across the customer's lifecycle ensuring alignment and delivering a truly luxury experience.
- Lead the coordination of the global CRM campaign calendar with our regions, including clienteling, online and offline campaigns.
- Support with basic campaign segmentations making full use of customer data to enhance campaigns.
- Keeping track of customer journeys, interacting with customers across channels and platforms, and coordinating with all internal stakeholders such as product design or development, sales, marketing, account management and so on, in order to keep fine-tuning the customer’s experience.
Requirements
- Minimum 5 years of campaign management and customer experience management
- Fluent English
- Experience in a regulated industry such as Forex, Online Gaming etc. is an advantage
