Cyber Security Senior Specialist

Global Kapital Group is looking for a Cyber Security Senior Specialist in Istanbul office!!!

Qualifications

• Min 5 years’ experience in the production support and design of Cyber Security technologies,
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent transferable experience through coursework, internship or work experience,
• Experience in a Technical Support field is required
• Good TCP/IP knowledge is required
• Good Troubleshooting skills in Firewall and VPN products (Packet capture and analysis skills required, Wireshark etc.)
• Strong experience with Security (IPSEC / SSL VPN / NAT)
• Experience with Layer 7 application protocols and Authentication frameworks (Radius/TACACS)
• Experience with Fortinet and OpenVPN products would be a great plus  
• Ability to build strong partnerships and to work collaboratively with all business and IT areas,
• Highly motivated with strong organizational, analytical, and problem-solving skills,
• Ability to effectively prioritize and execute tasks in a high-pressure environment,
• Strong communication and documentation skills.

Job Description & Responsibilities

• Solving tickets in a timely manner
• Participate in new network designs and projects 
• Support for implementation, and delivery of Network Security appliances and related applications,
• Support for the day-to-day operations and maintenance of the cyber security associated appliances,
• Monitor and response security incidents, requests and changes
• Follow-up security request/incidents between internal and inter-related departments.
