What Awaits You, What Will Be Your Responsibilities?
- Operational alignment of franchisee stores as per Godiva standards, increasing chocolate sales share, contract /agreement process to be regulated and seamlessly managed.
- Contract renewals/extensions, controlling travel expenses, weekly, monthly and quarterly meetings with franchisees.
- Increasing shop corporate and corporate & wholesale sales in coordination with regional corporate direction and building up training schedules for franchisees, cost & RSP identification for franchisees.
- Manage the whole process from the first time a franchise candidate applies for a franchise until the day they start to work.
- Builds and maintains strong relationship with existing and future franchisees.
- Quarterly market visits to keep the momentum of business operations and same time support the business in best possible way.
- Ensure that any/all issues are faced and resolved in a timely fashion.
- Supports, monitors and drives sales growth in all stores opened with Franchisee partners.
- Coaches the local store teams and area managers.
- Collaborates with different functions of HR, Finance, Marketing, Supply Chain, Quality Assurance, Learning and Development, Customer Experience to ensure the standards are met as per company guidelines.
- Informs the franchisees and their area managers on any new processes and/or products and ensure their local adoption.
- Stay up to date with the franchise business model and the implications of changes operationally.
- Experience managing conflicting situations, using critical thinking to understand problems and provide solutions.
- To follow and meet the needs of franchisees and warehouses for the complete operation of the operation
- Proactive and initiative taker to achieve targeted goals in parallel to scheduled timeline,
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details,
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple business functions and at all stakeholder levels.
- Being able to adapt to the busy work schedule and being open to out-of-town travel when necessary.
What will be the qualifications we expect from you?
- Experience in similar franchise relations roles/sales departments is a plus
- Outstanding negotiation, communication, and presentation abilities
- Comfortable with numbers, good analytical skills enabling to make analysis without getting lost in details,
- Ability to communicate effectively across multiple business functions and at all stakeholder levels.

- Can steer through complex operational issues
