About the Job We are looking for anHSE SUPERVISOR to join our team and support Health, Safety, and Environment activities across our wind energy projects in Türkiye. This position is open to bothfresh graduates and experienced candidates who are passionate about building a career in the renewable energy sector. The successful candidate will work closely with project teams, subcontractors, clients, and regional HSE management to ensure a safe and compliant working environment across our project sites. (ENGLISH MUST)Responsibilities • Support the Project Manager in implementing HSE activities, ensuring proper execution, supervision, and compliance with internal and external requirements. • Support the development and implementation of project-specific HSE plans in alignment with GWI IMS, local legislation, and regulatory requirements. • Ensure statutory HSE requirements related to project activities are identified, monitored, and implemented across project locations. • Deliver HSE training and safety briefings to project employees, subcontractors, and external personnel. • Conduct regular on-site HSE inspections, identify non-conformities, recommend corrective actions, and follow up until closure. • Participate in HSE meetings, report key issues, and maintain effective communication with the Regional HSE Manager and relevant stakeholders. • Support HSE communication, awareness campaigns, and site-level safety activities. • Prepare and maintain risk assessments and emergency response plans and support the organization of emergency drills. • Report incidents, accidents, and near misses accurately and promptly and participate in incident investigations. • Support internal HSE audits and follow up on corrective and preventive actions. • Coordinate daily HSE-related communication among clients, Goldwind teams, and subcontractors. • Provide professional HSE advice and recommendations to project stakeholders. • Support engineering and operations teams in HSE-related communication and coordination with clients. • Collaborate with country management, project teams, and global stakeholders to support organizational HSE objectives.Qualifications • Bachelor’s degree in Occupational Health and Safety, Engineering, or a related field. •Fresh graduates are welcome to apply. Previous internship or professional experience in HSE/OHS, construction, energy, or industrial projects is considered an advantage. •Class B or Class C Occupational Safety Specialist Certificate issued by the Ministry of Labour and Social Security of Türkiye. • Strong communication, problem-solving, and critical-thinking skills. • Proactive, responsible, and self-driven approach with a willingness to learn and develop. • Ability to manage multiple tasks and work effectively in a dynamic project environment. • Good command of written and spoken English. • Ability and willingness to travel frequently to project sites across Türkiye. • Previous internship or work experience in thewind power or renewable energy sector is preferred but not mandatory.
