Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Chemical, Mechanical Engineering or related field from reputable universities.
• Excellent theorical knowledge about polymer science and rubber technology (Practical experience will be an asset).
• Engineering background in polymer environment with an understanding of Extrusion process will be an asset.
• Excellent communication, presentation and planning skills.
• Self-disciplined, self-motivated and confident personality to contribute to the success and harmony of the team.
• Fluent speaking and excellent writing skills in English.
• Strong knowledge of MS-Office programs.
• Driving Licence: Class B.

• Military service should be completed for male candidates.

Primary Responsibilities

• Conduct process troubleshooting. Identify and implement process improvements.
• Maintain and improve process control systems.
• Monitor and improve product quality.
• Control and reduce waste to meet the target. Take appropriate action on suspicious stock as necessary
