Job Description

· Effectively contributing to the project management process, including, but not limited to: Project Plan Development, Project Budget Management, Project Time Management, Project Risk Management, Project Scope Tracking and Management, Project Team Management,

· Overseeing all incoming and outgoing project documentation,

· Coordinating project resources, leading the internal and external communication and coordination, promote the progress of the project on time and quality, and complete the predetermined project goals,

· Regularly summarizing and reporting on the project, and evaluating the performance of project personnel in the process of project participation,

· Performing quality control on the project throughout development to maintain the standards expected,

· Creating long- and short-term plans, including setting targets for milestones and adhering to deadlines,

· Coordinating internal resources and third parties/vendors for the flawless execution of projects,

· Delegating project tasks based on staff members' individual strengths, skill sets and experience levels,

· Reviewing/executing contractual obligation, provide input to/from legal/operations

· Developing comprehensive project plans to be shared with clients as well as other staff members,

Suitable Background:

• More than 8 years of IT project management experience, a deep theoretical foundation of project management and rich project practical experience, working experience in international projects
• Advanced in English both written and verbal
• Bachelor's degree in Industrial Engineering, Computer Engineering, MIS, Business Administration, Economy or related fields
• Certification of the following is a plus: PMP, Scrum Master
• Familiarity with innovative work methods, e.g. agile
• A proven track record of successfully implementing software projects with 7 - 8 years of experience as a Project Manager managing multinational and complex projects in a high-tech development environment with multi-function teams
• Experience with PPM tools, JIRA, Confluence, MS Project and MS Visio
• Excellent client-facing and internal communication skills
• Solid organizational skills including attention to detail and multi-tasking skills
• Strong verbal, written, presentation and numeracy skills
• Experience in project management or driving multiple projects
• Able to work within deadlines
