We are looking for an “Inside Sales Representative” for a multinational industrial company, that manufactures industrial tools and equipment.

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s Degree,
• At least 1 year of experience in inside sales & customer service,
• Excellent analytical, decision-making and organizational skills,
• Excellent communication skills,
• Adept at building both internal and external relationships
• Have a very good command of English.

Responsibilities:

• Ensure customer satisfaction and support excellent sales results through close contact with customers, sales team and support functions (Logistics, Warehouse, Accounting & Finance) of the company,
• Book customer orders , follow up , delivery and invoicing,
• Support sales team to prepare tickets/organize hotel and events when necessary,
• Office administration ,operation process for sales team , arrange meetings when necessary,
• Prepare monthly reports for sales team , check finance reports
• Be key team player with customer support team,
• Support finance team with collection and invoice process, 
• Resolve complex customer service issues by analyzing the customer problem and providing logical solutions.
