We are looking for a "Logistics Operations Manager" for our global partner in the logistics industry.
The core of this role centers heavily around bonded warehouse (antrepo) operations. We are looking for an expert who is thoroughly experienced in bonded warehousing, customs procedures, and contract logistics, possesses fluent English, and is ready to drive operations starting in Gebze before transitioning permanently to the Çatalca / Hadımköy region.
Key Responsibilities:
- Analyze, evaluate, and continuously optimize administrative and warehouse operational processes,
- Drive the correct usage and constant improvement of Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), including active participation in Swiftlog migration,
- Lead, mentor, and manage blue- and gray-collar teams, operational supervisors, and warehouse staff while optimizing space utilization and equipment exploitation,
- Act as the primary operational contact, supporting customer onboarding and ensuring seamless service delivery aligned with contract requirements,
- Maintain full compliance with Quality, Safety, Health, and Environment (QSHE) standards and implement the KN Production System (KNPS).
Qualifications:
- Bachelor’s degree in a relevant engineering field,
- Minimum 4 years of proven experience in project management, leadership, and contract logistics operations, with a strong background in bonded warehouses (antrepo) and customs processes,
- Hands-on expertise in optimizing warehouse processes and utilizing WMS platforms,
- Fluency in both Turkish and English (Note: Initial interviews will be conducted in English),
- Strong analytical thinking, problem-solving abilities, high stress tolerance, and a proactive, customer-centric mindset.
