We are looking for a “Planning and Purchasing Engineer” for our global client.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's Degree from related fields,
• Previous experience in planning and purchasing roles,
• Proficient in both written and spoken English,
• Advanced level of MS Office applications,
• Good analytical, planning and organizational skills, relationship management.

• Coordinating production planning based on order requirements and safety stock levels,
• Production planning and detailed schedule coordination with the manufacturing department and third-party suppliers producing products on behalf of the Company,
• Accountable for maintaining the integrity of MRP planning parameters,
• Analyse, understand, and convert MRP messages to raw material purchase orders and plans to meet production/forecast demand,
• Demand analysis for executing MRP Signals such pull-ins, push-outs, cancellations,
• Coordinate stock planning according to forecasts, statistical data, customer orders and safety stock levels,
• Inventory Management - Understand and maintain the minimum necessary raw materials and finished goods inventory and report on the status of inventory levels against inventory targets,
• Provide material support through communications with suppliers and placing purchase orders according to MRP requirements,
• Coordination of Purchasing activities relating with Operations Management,
• Contract renewals and organising periodical meetings with related local suppliers,
• Coordinate the relation with Europe Purchasing Management and lead buyers,
• Conducting follow-up activities for supplier evaluation,
• Actively seeking alternative local suppliers,
• Accountable for maintaining the precision and consistency of purchasing and planning master data related to designated materials and products,
• Responsible for ensuring the accuracy of item master data.
