We are looking for a "Project Engineer" on behalf of our global scale energy solutions business partner located in Ankara, for whom we provide consultancy.

Qualifications:

• Universities; Graduated from BSC, MSC, Industrial Engineer, Manufacturing Engineer, Mechanical Engineer, Mechatronics Engineering departments,
• Knowledge of lean manufacturing techniques – i.e. value stream mapping, single part flow, etc.
• PFMEA, DVP, Technical specification, procurement process, production preparation, installation and commissioning of equipment are operated at rates.
• Knowledge of industry and customer specific quality processes (e.g. ISO9001 etc.).
• Production technologies include Resin casting, Sheet metal, Automatic welding
• Lean Six Sigma and Quality System Tools Information
• Upper Intermediate English language skills

Responsibilities:

• You need to apply Lean tools such as VSM, Material Flow, Setup Reduction, Standard Work, 5S, Total Productive Maintenance throughout the project.
• Preparing and working on project timelines for investment projects
• Review of DFMEA and PFMEA
• Development of factory layout plans
• Preparation of I4.0 plans
• Working with SCM to identify suppliers, obtain quotes and select suppliers.
• Carrying out activities about SAT & FAT for Machines
• Preparing RFQ (Request for quote) & BC (Business Case - Feasibility) & Car, MOC (Management of Change)
• Follow up all projects actions and stakeholders, 
• EHS procedures, production equipment, logistics equipment, work instructions, TPM, etc. Contains items such as; Installation and commissioning of process equipment
• Perform tuning cycles to ensure the process is capable of delivering product quality.
