We are looking for a "Project Manager" on behalf of our global business partner. 

Qualifications:

• Bachelor's degree in civil engineering,
• Proven experience managing construction projects from design through commissioning,
• Strong knowledge of industrial buildings, MEP coordination, and contractor management,
• Experience working with PMCs and multiple stakeholders,
• Good understanding of project planning, budgeting, BOQ, and construction site management,
• Fluent in English.

Job Description:

• Manage the building project from detailed engineering through final acceptance,
• Coordinate the Project Management Company, contractors, and project stakeholders,
• Oversee civil works, MEP coordination, and construction activities,
• Monitor project scope, budget, timeline, quality, and HSE compliance,
• Support commissioning, final acceptance, and regulatory compliance,
• Collaborate closely with the Process Engineering team throughout the project lifecycle.
