About the Role

Our client is a global technology company operating in the fields of industrial machinery, manufacturing technologies, and advanced engineering solutions. We are currently seeking a Service Sales Specialist who will be responsible for driving service sales activities, strengthening customer relationships, and increasing customer loyalty across Türkiye.

The successful candidate will play a key role in developing service business opportunities within the existing customer base, identifying customer needs, and delivering value-added service solutions that contribute to long-term customer success.

Key Responsibilities

  • Drive service sales growth through proactive customer engagement and relationship management.
  • Promote and sell the full range of service products and solutions to existing customers.
  • Identify new service opportunities within the installed customer base.
  • Manage customer interactions through both remote and on-site visits.
  • Take commercial ownership of service proposals, negotiations, and contract closures.
  • Support service contract renewals, upgrades, and other lead-driven sales activities.
  • Build long-term relationships with strategic and high-potential customers.
  • Analyze customer operations and production processes to identify improvement opportunities.
  • Develop customized service agreements based on customer requirements and operational needs.
  • Collaborate closely with internal teams to ensure high customer satisfaction and successful project execution.
  • Maintain accurate sales forecasts and customer records.

Qualifications

  • Bachelor’s degree in Engineering, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in technical sales, service sales, aftermarket sales, or industrial equipment sales.
  • Strong commercial mindset with a proactive and customer-oriented approach.
  • Hunter mentality with the ability to identify and develop new business opportunities.
  • Excellent communication, presentation, and negotiation skills.
  • Strong analytical and problem-solving capabilities.
  • Digital affinity and ability to work effectively with CRM and sales management tools.
  • Good understanding of manufacturing environments, production processes, and customer operations.
  • Advanced English proficiency, both written and spoken.
  • Willingness to travel extensively across Türkiye.

Location: Istanbul

Travel Requirement: Approximately 3 days per week at customer and project sites across Türkiye.
