Service Sales Engineer (Industrial Power Tools)

We are looking for a Service Sales Engineer for our multinational client, which is the leading manufacturer of industrial power tools and systems

Qualifications;

• University degree in engineering,
• Organized and able to prioritize in order to achieve targets and deadlines,
• Have excellent technical sales, customer service and negotiating skills,
• Team player and experienced in a coordination role,
• Good command of computer skills (MS Office),
• Good command of English both in speaking & writing,
• B driving license.

Responsibilities;

• Ensuring the development of service by carrying out customer-oriented studies,
• Finding new customers with service potential and developing good relations with them,
• Preparing the proposal and contract, including the calculation of the sales price,
• Supporting and assisting customers in determining their needs,
• Communicating with existing and potential customers, inform them about the correct service product to confirm with the relevant technical personnel by mutually agreeing with relevant technical staff of customer,
• Planning customer visits as service sales activity, make customer visits within the plans and report results the Service Sales Manager,
• Preparing visits and sharing activity reports with time information, sales reports with Service Sales Manager,
• Work in coordination with the Operations Manager and the service support team to fulfill the terms of the Service Maintenance Agreement done by sales service engineer.
