GENERAL QUALIFICATIONS

• Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Software Engineering, Information Systems or a related field
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in Business Intelligence, Data Warehousing or Analytics
• Preferably experienced with Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory, and OneLake
• Strong experience in Power BI, including data modeling, DAX, Power Query (M) and dashboard development
• Advanced knowledge of SQL, with experience writing and optimizing complex queries
• Solid understanding of dimensional data modeling (Star Schema, Snowflake Schema)
• Experience designing and developing ETL/ELT processes
• Strong analytical thinking and problem-solving skills
• Excellent communication skills with the ability to collaborate effectively with business stakeholders and technical teams.

JOB DESCRIPTION

• Design, develop and maintain Business Intelligence solutions using Microsoft Fabric, including Lakehouse, Warehouse, Data Factory and OneLake components
• Develop interactive dashboards, reports and KPI visualizations using Power BI to support business decision-making
• Gather and analyze business requirements and translate them into scalable BI and reporting solutions
• Design and maintain efficient data models to support reporting and analytics,
• Develop, optimize and maintain SQL queries, stored procedures and database objects for reporting and analytical workloads
• Build and manage ETL/ELT pipelines to ensure reliable, accurate and timely data integration
• Optimize Power BI datasets, semantic models, DAX measures and report performance
• Collaborate closely with business users to understand reporting requirements and deliver high-quality analytical solutions
• Monitor, troubleshoot and continuously improve BI solutions to ensure scalability, reliability and performance
• Stay up to date with Microsoft Fabric, Power BI and Microsoft data platform best practices and emerging technologies.
