Financial Controller

Qualifications:

• Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Economics, Industrial Engineering or related fields,

• Min 3 years’ experience in controlling, audit, accounting or tax advisors roles,

• Audit & reporting experience, CPA is an asset,

• Knowledge of IFRS and Turkish GAAP,

• Strong analytical and planning skills, team player,

• Very good command of written and spoken English,

• Experience of working in multi-national teams and/or a virtual team environment would be an advantage,

• Business orientation and high sense of ethics & responsibility,

• Proficiency in MS Office programs,

• Ability to handle multiple tasks in a deadline-oriented environment.

Main Responsibilities:

• Responsible for preparation of monthly closings and financial reporting packages in accordance with accounting principles and management reporting guidelines,

• Maintaining the ERP System efficiency for costing issues (data quality and required system adaptations) as SPOC key user,

• Following and applying corporate financial instructions,

• Support the relations with external auditors in the year end,

• Taking and proposing corrective actions about OCF/OWC and overdue reduction,

• Provide tax guidance and support to other departments within the company,

• Participate in cross-functional teams to support strategic initiatives and business decisions,
