We are looking for a Project Engineer for our Project Management Team that is in Cayirova/Kocaeli.

Qualifications:

• University degree in Engineering
• Advanced level of written & spoken English
• Min. 3 years’ experience (preferably in transformer or similar industrial production)
• Effective communication skills
• Experience in claim, risk, and crisis management
• Strong problem solving and analytical skills
• Well organized, result-oriented, pro-active & a good team player
• Good relationship and reporting skills
• No restriction for traveling

Main Responsibilities

• Organize the project, monitor the process, assess and manage the risks, identify and implement corrective actions.
• Manage relationships with customers and coordinate execution with other departments.
• Coordinate with customers project milestones such as clarifications , approvals , meetings , inspections and factory acceptance tests 
• Focus on on-time delivery, customer satisfaction, and margin improvement throughout project execution.
• Ensure all quality-related processes are defined, implemented, and followed in line with standards.

• Support root cause analysis on customer complaints and internal process issues.

• Prepare project status reports and closely follow cash collection milestones in coordination with finance.

• Share objectives transparently with the team, escalate issues when necessary, and ensure proactive communication.

• Promote a culture of continuous improvement and team collaboration.
